If only the express option appears, then unfortunately this means that the exact delivery date guarantee option is not available for you. If this option is available to you, you will be able to select your preferred delivery date via the calendar. Please note that this option is not available on Sundays, and delivery dates are based on availability. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain time, so should you need your order by a specific time, we suggest nominating the day before for your order to be delivered.

Express delivery via Australia Post (Available Australia wide)
Please note that due to delays with Australia Post as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, and also coming into the holiday period, we are currently unable to guarantee a specific delivery date with this option. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have a strict deadline for an event and are using this option. Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for orders not arriving on time where this option has been selected if enough time has not been allowed based on delivery and processing times.
