Our cookies are made to order to ensure they are as fresh as possible, therefore please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order, plus delivery time.

Delivery times will be based on what delivery option you select and is available to you based on your address upon checkout:

Pick up

Pick up is available from Gledswood Hills NSW 2557 from Monday – Wednesday only. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order, or if you have a strict deadline, reach out prior to placing your order to see how soon we can make your order.

Pick up address will be emailed to you approximately 2 days prior to your order being ready.

Exact delivery date guarantee (Available for most Sydney Metropolitan suburbs only) 
To check if this option is available for you, please add your item/s to cart and enter your delivery address upon checkout. If only the express option appears, then unfortunately this means that the exact delivery date guarantee option is not available for you. If this option is available to you, you will be able to select your preferred delivery date via the calendar. Please note that this option is not available on Sundays, and delivery dates are based on availability. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain time, so should you need your order by a specific time, we suggest nominating the day before for your order to be delivered.

Express delivery via Australia Post (Available Australia wide)
Please note that due to delays with Australia Post as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, and also coming into the holiday period, we are currently unable to guarantee a specific delivery date with this option. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have a strict deadline for an event and are using this option. Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for orders not arriving on time where this option has been selected if enough time has not been allowed based on delivery and processing times.

We currently offer an exact delivery date guarantee option for most Sydney Metropolitan suburbs. For all other suburbs and states that this does not apply to, we can express post your order via Australia Post, however an exact delivery date is not guaranteed.

Ingredients will depend on whether your chosen cookies involve fondant icing only, or a combination of fondant and royal icing. See ingredients for both options below. All our cookies come with ingredient stickers either on the cellophane bag of the individual cookie, or on the box of the cookie pack where the pack is intended for a single person.

Fondant Cookie: Flour, baking powder, salt, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract.

Royal Icing: Icing sugar, cream of tartar, egg, vanilla extract, food colouring.

Unfortunately we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements like gluten free or vegan options, as all of our products are made in the same kitchen, therefore we would be unable to guarantee cross contamination of ingredients.

When you’re craving something sweet, our cookies are the perfect solution. They’ll melt in your mouth and leave behind a delicious vanilla flavour that will have everyone asking where they can get some more!

Our cookies have a shelf life of 8 weeks from when they are made. Factoring in delivery time, this means they will need to be consumed within 6 -7 weeks of you receiving them.
